Refund Policy

We strive to offer the best service possible, but refunds will not be granted under the following conditions :

  • You selected a discounted package.
  • The initial design concept has already been approved.
  • You’ve already requested revisions to the work.
  • The project was labeled as urgent from the start.
  • The cancellation is due to personal or unrelated reasons, not our services.
  • There’s been no communication from your side for more than 14 days.
  • Our company policies have been violated.
  • You hired another designer or agency for the same project.
  • The creative brief was missing essential details we needed to proceed.
  • You requested a complete change in design direction after work had begun.
  • The refund request was made after the eligible refund period ended.
  • Your business is closing down or undergoing a name/ownership change.
  • The refund is based on personal preferences, such as:
  • A change of mind
  • Disagreement with a partner or team member

Specific Situations :

  • If you purchased a bundle of services, and are unhappy with one part, a refund may be offered only for that specific service, not the entire bundle.
  • No refunds will be provided after the final files have been delivered upon your request.
  • Free services or items are not eligible for refunds or revisions.
  • Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable, no matter the situation.
  • For website design, no refunds will be provided once:
  • The design is approved
  • Development work has started
  • For logo design, refunds are not allowed once:
  • You’ve given positive feedback
  • The logo is finalized
  • No refunds are offered for any third-party outsourced work.

Important Note :

We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or reject any project, or terminate a contract if we determine it is necessary.

  • The client immediately forfeits all rights to use any designs, drafts, or concepts delivered.
  • All design rights will automatically revert to our company and will be considered our sole property.
